How do I Instantly
Download my PDF Pattern?
- A link to download your PDF Sewing Patterns will be emailed
to you immediately upon payment (e-mail address linked to your paypal account).
- Adobe Reader is required to view and print your
pattern. Find it for Free here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/
- Only click your link once and then wait for the pattern to start to download. Sometimes it will take a few minutes to show up due to different computer connection speeds.
- Save the PDF to your computer by either right click 'Save' or File> Save Page As. Please download and save your patterns as soon as you can as your link is time sensitive and will expire.
I wasn’t sent a
download code?

I can’t download the
pattern using Google Chrome.
There is a bug that blocks downloads with Google
Chrome. Simply right click and Save As when the download opens in a
window and it will save to your computer. Or try Firefox, Internet
Explorer or Safari as your browser.
I just downloaded it
…but I can’t find my Pattern.
Your Pattern could have been downloaded to a default folder.
Try doing a search for the pattern name on your computer. Or simply
follow your e-mailed link a second time & download it again this time
specify which folder you wish it to be saved in.
What if my computer crashes….. and I lose all my saved PDF’s?
Please back them up on an external device (e.g.
a CD) & keep a paper copy … But ...... Please don’t worry :) Simply keep a copy of your Order Number and/or Unique Paypal Transaction Number & I can look up your
purchases. I will be more than happy to send your patterns to
you. Nobody likes a naughty computer! I’ll
have you sewing Dolls And Daydreams Patterns again in no time!
Common Computer Hiccup
Most common problems can be fixed by simply Restarting your Computer.
Why is the file SECURE?
All of my PDF Patterns will be labeled “SECURE” along the top because they are
locked so that my original work cannot be altered in anyway. It is purely a
safe guard of my copyrighted work and is
standard in the e-pattern
profession. It has nothing to do with printing or saving your
file. This is also a validation that you have an original Dolls
And Daydreams Pattern that is free of any Viruses & Corruption.
File ‘corrupted’ or ‘damaged’?
Sometimes a PDF file becomes ‘damaged or corrupt’ when downloaded due to
different internet connections, operating systems or you trying to open the
file before it has fully downloaded.
Simply follow your e-mailed link a second time & download it again this
time waiting until it has downloaded fully before you try to open it.
Saving your Pattern
Problems when trying to click ‘Save’? Simply use the ‘Save As’ command instead.
Choose File > Save As and give the PDF file a new name. E.g. add a few
letter or numbers to the end of the Pattern title.

General Troubleshooting Info
Troubleshooting for Macs
Mac users please open your PDF Patterns up directly in Adobe Reader and NOT Apple’s default PDF reader called Preview.
Do I need a Printer?
No. You can always save the file onto an external device, e.g. external
hard drive, CD-RW, Flash or jump drive and print them at your local printers.
Printer Settings
Because all printers are different, if you use the 'no scaling' setting when
you print you should get the exact pattern I created. Don't worry if you
use 'fit to page', you will just get a slightly smaller sized doll, but it will look
exactly the same as mine.
Do you sell finished dolls/softies?
I’m sorry I only sell PDF Sewing Patterns at this time and
not finished dolls/softies.
Do you design the
patterns yourself?
Yes, every design is painstakingly designed & tested
with love by myself to provide you with the highest standard of quality &
cuteness ♥
